A 3^rd generation native of the Coachella Valley, Brian’s national and local clients alike rely on his ability to deliver knowledge, creativity, diligence, and insight to stay ahead of the emerging business trends and opportunities in the marketplace. Brian does this by consistently averaging 40 completed transactions per year, which keeps him in close, continual contact with the area’s decision makers. In his career, Brian has completed leases and sales well in excess of 3 million square feet and $500 million in consideration.
