Mark joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Lyle & Associates after a long and distinguished career in the commercial real estate industry where he has specialized in the appraisal of hotels, golf courses, marinas, wineries and vineyards, while also very experienced with a variety of other commercial property types such as shopping centers, retail buildings, restaurants (including fast food chains), offices, medical offices, surgery centers and a variety of industrial properties.

As part of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Lyle & Associates team, Mark works alongside Steve and Michael Lyle, specializing in the sale and leasing of hotels and restaurants throughout the Coachella Valley. His comprehensive market knowledge, analytical background, and years of industry experience provide valuable insight to clients navigating acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing opportunities.

A Coachella Valley resident since 2019, Mark enjoys life in the desert with his wife, Susan, and their Chihuahua, Bailey. Outside of work, he can often be found at one of the local golf courses or fly fishing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
