As a native of the Coachella Valley, he brings a vast wealth of real estate knowledge, experience, and professional relationships to leverage on behalf of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords, helping them meet their goals and objectives.

Steve has an extensive network of contacts among local business leaders, city staff, elected officials, investors, and merchants. He served as Vice Chairman of the Indian Planning Commission for over 10 years and is an active member of the ICSC. Steve’s main focus is on commercial sales, leasing, and development, with further specialization in restaurant sales and leasing.
